Four mobile phone networks?
Most people could name at least six civilian mobile phone networks in the UK:
  1. 3
  2. O2
  3. Orange
  4. T-Mobile
  5. Virgin
  6. Vodafone

In fact, O2 is operated on behalf of mmO2 by Vodafone and Virgin is operated by T-Mobile. mmO2 and Virgin do not have their own radio masts and other network equipment.
